Use Bates Drains for a rather unpleasant blocked drain. Reg came earlier than he said he would be there and very quickly had the blockage removed with his high pressure hose. He made sure the blockage was gone, inspected other drain covers to ensure that the flow to the septic tank was flowing. Very efficient, very clean work and a very nice man too.

A fast response and thorough job. The guys from Bates drains responded to a call out and cleared a blocked gully and the drains to my septic tank. Not only did they fix the problem but gave the whole system a CCTV survey which put my mind at rest and gave me reassurance that all was satisfactory following recent building work. I have used the firm previously and whilst not the cheapest Rich knows about drains. If your looking for economical job may be best to go elsewhere but if you want a quick professional proper job pay up and buy piece of mind. Rich charged £90 ish and was only in attendance about 15 minutes job done. Bear in mind if he would have been on the job for hours he would have charged the same amount. You get what you pay for. Great service by friendly good people.
